Shipping & Returns
Our LARGE Playmats are primarily shipped using Fastway Couriers. For rural areas your mat may be shipped using Couriers Please if Fastway cannot accomodate.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days depending upon trading periods. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery and an extra 2-3 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Please allow up to 10 business days for all orders in regional AUS.
Medium sized playmats will be shipped using Aust Post, standard processing and delivery times will apply.
At this present stage we only sell play mats in AUSTRALIA, if you are international customer wanting to purchase one of our mats please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

All orders are shipped using Australia Post or EXPRESS post (based on your shipping selection). All shipping rates are based on a flat rate.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days depending upon trading periods. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery and an extra 2-3 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Please allow up to 10 business days for all orders in regional AUS. For New Zealand orders, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery, as time can vary.
Moodie will not replace stolen goods that were shipped and left unattended at delivery address. Moodie will only replace or refund goods when the order is proved to be lost in transit by Australia Post.
Moodie takes no responsibility and is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
The delivery times are estimates only. If for some reason your item does not arrive in a reasonable time please contact Australia Post with your allocated tracking number you originally received from Moodie with the order confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located, we will lodge an inquiry and notify you of the outcome.
Our policy lasts 28 days and applies FULL PRICE items only, we do not offer refunds or returns on sale items. If 28 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only FULL PRICE items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for further information.
To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instruction.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the intial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is posted without tracking.
